Focusing on a global menu that is made from scratch with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Who Tone is from the same team that brought you Terre Rouge (Charlottetown) and Terre Rouge (Markham).
This modern mix of international flavours in a variety of dishes can be perfectly paired with one of eight award-winning micro brews on tap.
With a casual yet friendly ambiance, the bistro features an open kitchen to watch chefs in action, cozy booths, private rooms for small or large functions, and catering facilities for up to 500 guests.
Passionate about the world, travel influenced Executive Chef Raul Liu’s cooking style from day one, inspiring him to create exciting dishes that surpass local tastes, helping to develop a truly unique menu at Who Tone Bistro. He’s an award-winning chef from China, recognized for his culinary skills, and has had the honour of working with Michelin Starred Chefs from France, Italy, and Spain, as well as, been a personal chef for the Prince of Monaco and Prince of Georgia. Chef Raul is the Ambassador for Parma Ham and Grana Padano Cheese.
Hieu’s hands on approach and attention to detail oversaw every aspect of front of house management at some of the most distinguished restaurants in Toronto including Far Niente, The Fifth, Cru, Fred’s Not Here, Alice Fazooli’s and others. While the restaurant and hospitality industries were never a place Hieu imagined himself, he moved his way up the ranks in service and front of house teams, ascending to the role of General Manager, where he is dedicated to learning the ins and outs of the business.
