Who Tone is a play on the Mandarin word for Hutong which is a traditional alleyway that is typically found in Beijing.

Our menu is a modern take on authentic Asian flavours made with locally sourced produce, and cooked with traditional European techniques. Each dish delivers a unique flavour experience.

From the same team that brought you Terre Rouge (Charlottetown) and Terre Rouge (Markham), the diverse Asian Fusion dishes can be perfectly paired with one of eight award-winning micro brews on tap or wines from around the world.

With a casual yet friendly ambiance, Who Tone features an open kitchen to watch chefs in action, cozy booths, private rooms for small or large functions, and catering facilities for up to 500 guests.

Passionate about the world, travel influenced Executive Chef Raul Liu’s cooking style from day one, inspiring him to create exciting dishes that surpass local tastes, helping to develop a truly unique menu at Who Tone Bistro.  He’s an award-winning chef from China, recognized for his culinary skills, and has had the honour of working with Michelin Starred Chefs from France, Italy, and Spain, as well as, been a personal chef for the Prince of Monaco and Prince of Georgia. Chef Raul is the Ambassador for Parma Ham and Grana Padano Cheese.
